While Global Warming cannot be solved by one training company, Global Training Institute prides itself on our commitment to and support of environmental and sustainability measures. We have documented polices and management systems in place to deliver on these objectives. These are externally audited as part of our accreditation as an Australian Registered Training Organisation.
We have, we do and we will continue to consider the location, the people, the culture, the nature, the environment and the wider community with all of our training activities.
Some environmental measures actively used in our offices include:
Where available recycling, using recycled materials and using processes to reduce the amount of paper, energy and water used in our offices and by our suppliers.
Central server to minimise paper being sent between the different offices in Australia.
Resource books and manuals are printed as required to save wastage
Office insulated to minimise heating and cooling required
Except for final copies – all printing is done on backs of used printing paper
