Who is Global Training Institute…
Global Training Institute (GTI) is a Registered Training Organisation, established to provide world-class training and business services to businesses, organisations, not for profit organisations and local government. The principals of Global Training Institute have over 40 years combined experience in working with the business community in training, planning, mentoring and coaching owners, their managers, and their employees.
GTI has offices on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, in Brisbane, and Cairns from which they service Queensland and Australia. Our National Training Facility is based at the Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast. This provides a great atmosphere and allows people flying in for our Executive programs to have some holiday fun. Training with us is definitely not boring!

History
The vision for Global Training Institute came out of the business experiences of three very accomplished businessmen who some four to five years ago started to develop and deliver coaching and training to small to medium business owners. Their real life experience of business coupled with the knowledge and passion of coaching small to medium business owners led them to recognise that there was a need in the Queensland (and Australian) marketplace for a full service business development company that was specifically targeted at getting alongside the small to medium business owners and equipping them with the tools necessary to run successful and profitable businesses.
Their collective experience of operating award winning individual business coaching and training companies lead them in January 2004 to realise that there was a better way for their clients to get better results and increased value from their services. This led them to combine their practices in early 2004 and led to the formation of the Centre for Business Success Pty Ltd(http://www.cbsonline.com.au/).
As part of the vision to increase the value of the services the company offers, and recognising the need to offer business owners accredited qualifications, one of the first tasks was the establishment of a registered training organisation, hence Global Training Institute Pty Ltd was formed in late 2004.

Our National Training Manager - Shane Botting (B Eng, AD Eng Civil, Dip Gov, Dip Man, Dip Frontline Man) Shane is passionate about changing people’s lives.
