On-going Board Support

Independent Board Advisor, mentoring, coaching, advice,   attendance at meetings  – to ensure that the success and priorities of the corporation and organisation are progressing.

Outcomes:

  • Development of roles and responsibilities of each board member and the General Manager
  • Development and general advice on management issues in the organisation

A suggested program structure would be:

  • Assistance with the implementation of strategies identified in strategic plan;

  • On-going bi-weekly mentoring and accountability contact with a nominated board representatives (preferably the Chairperson and General Manager), to ensure knowledge transfer is being applied and assist with any governance or business matter; Mentoring is done via phone
