Do you have experience and not a formal qualification to show it?

Many Supervisors and Managers from around Australia are having their experience recognized towards either Certificate IV or Diploma qualifications.  This is very popular with experienced people who have not had the opportunity to gain the formal qualifications.

Process:

1. Decide which qualifications you have experience in and would like to gain (descriptions of the units in each qualification are available).

2. Have a chat with one of our Trainers and Assessors together you will work out suitable units and qualifications.

3. Collect work samples, referee testimonials and explain your experiences to your Assessor. These are all ways to show that you are competent in each unit. If you can provide evidence that you are competent in a unit, you will not need to do any training or assessments for that unit.

4. If you have RPL for enough units, you will be awarded your chosen qualification/s.

5. Any units you still need to be done, then you can participate in practical training, assessment for those units and On-line Training.
